There’s nothing to not love about the Lanes Hotel, Geographically located central to the country it also physically stands out proudly in the lovely town of Tutong, from reception to the room it’s an amazingly well run hotel, people make a place too and all the staff are amazing. - Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good

Spa was a real treat and very reasonable prices All staff were friendly and professional. The free airport transport was a bonus
