What more you can ask (free shuttle bus to and fro airport, breakfast included, great hospitality etc.) I am amazed that they managed to remember me and my family as the guests of which room, well afterall we were there for 7 days. I would definitely come back. Also, a heads up to those coming to Brunei generally, all shops close at 10pm, you can't find any stores that open 24/7. And you really need a car to move around Brunei. Good thing about this hotel, they provided charged shuttle to tourist location (so you can depend on this also)!

Guest review- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good
