I also had an issue with the tv in my room and they upgraded me right away. - the facilities were amazing, good equipment in the gym, pool and jacuzzi were both good temperatures - breakfast was a buffet and there were so many good options - they were also able to offer early check in and late check out for no additional cost

The hotel staff were very kind and gave me a lot of information. Room was clean and nice - I think it's very reasonable price with that quality. Location is also good - safe to walk at night and many restaurants as well as stand foods （actually, it's very nice) nearby. I liked the cable car, that station is also close to the hotel, so you can enjoy the night view but still safely walk back to thd hotel.
