I can't say enough good things about Esencia and everyone there. My stay was absolutely perfect! Much better than I was expecting. Starting with the communication days before my arrival, I received all the information that I needed. Upon my arrival I was pleased by how cute the place is and a really nice neighbourhood. The check-in process was a breeze. They also gave me a couple of great recommendations of restaurants and activities, they also reserved the restaurantes for me! If you're thinking about staying in Viña del Mar, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Esencia!

Breakfast was exceptional, We got rainy days but even with that the place has an amazing view, very well located if you are driving, you can get anywhere in just 10 to 15 minutes and the staff was very nice, they even gave us really good recommendations on which places we could visit, it was a short stay pero I will definitely come back.

A really lovely guest house with decor to match. Carlos is extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. Breakfast at 6am was not a problem ! Allowing us to leave our luggage well before check-in time was really helpful as well. Being only 6km from Puerto Natales meant that we enjoyed the peace and quiet from the location, but also within walking distance from town to stretch the legs a bit.
