The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. This hotel is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful, with very big windows, even the rooms towards the hills. Every morning we were served a superb breakfast in our room. Pilar who worked at the hotel was SO kind, helpful, warm and funny. I really loved her. I can really recommend this hotel, it was the best stay ever for us.

We were travelling in motorbikes and needed to change our plans. Fortunately they had a room for us. It was wonderful to arrive to one of the kindest and warmest welcomes we have had in South America. The room was lovely, beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed with lovely linen. Fire set ready to start. It was my husbands birthday and they had made homemade chocolates and a card in our room, and recommended a restaurant to celebrate. We felt welcome and cared for. What a lovely couple.
