Hotel Augusta was such a wonderful part of our experience in Valparaiso. Pilar and all the staff at the hotel were just wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend.

They cooked a delicious supper for us and were warm and friendly. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

Awesome helping and assisting

We love the location, the decoration, the wonderful breakfast, everything was perfect. Paula was an amazing host. We had the top floor, which had an amazing view of all of the day. The shower and towels and everything was really comfortable. Totally recommended.

Beautiful guesthouse just outside of Puerto Natales. Lovely, comfortable rooms with a view of the water and surrounding countryside. Super friendly and helpful owner, Carlos, who went to the extra effort of mailing our daughter’s headphones back to her. Really above and beyond. The guesthouse is a great base to see Torres del Paine. Close to restaurants, shops and activities. Really good value for money.

Originally we had booked another place in Valpariso. Though we had booked it 6 months beforehand, they cancelled, while we were flying in. We were desperately searching for an alternative in the very booked out town. And we found this lovely place. Still walking distance to the sights to see, a fantastic view over the bay and most of all, very helpful and friendly staff. As we had planned our new year’s eve with the other place, we had no more dinner and nothing to welcome the new year. Carolina arranged everything for us last minute and saved our night! Big thank you!

The best hotel we have been staying on our trip to Chile. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms, good bed, lots of space and secure parking.

We were travelling in motorbikes and needed to change our plans. Fortunately they had a room for us. It was wonderful to arrive to one of the kindest and warmest welcomes we have had in South America. The room was lovely, beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed with lovely linen. Fire set ready to start. It was my husbands birthday and they had made homemade chocolates and a card in our room, and recommended a restaurant to celebrate. We felt welcome and cared for. What a lovely couple.

Beautiful location, excellent and very friendly service from breakfast to organizing excursions, delicious and healthy food. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are comfortable. It is a calm place to relax and rewind, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
