Beautiful location, excellent and very friendly service from breakfast to organizing excursions, delicious and healthy food. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are comfortable. It is a calm place to relax and rewind, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

very friendly reception by the owner who told us a lot about the history of the building. the hotel is very stylish and tastefully furnished, with spacious public spaces. room amenities were excellent, beds and bathroom very comfortable. breakfast was freshly prepared to order (included). we also used the restaurant for dinner, quality was excellent. together with enough places in the shade and a nice swimming pool and garden a high quality "resort" like experience in the middle of vicuna. the owner also organised a last-minute astronomical tour for us. very much recommended.

Breakfast was good. The entire hotel has a personal feel of the people who reconstructed and renovated the entire hotel. It has the warmth and passion of the staff who gives in depth information and direction . Thank you Katalina for the love and care!
