This hotel is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful, with very big windows, even the rooms towards the hills. Every morning we were served a superb breakfast in our room. Pilar who worked at the hotel was SO kind, helpful, warm and funny. I really loved her. I can really recommend this hotel, it was the best stay ever for us.

They cooked a delicious supper for us and were warm and friendly. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

This boutique hotel is located on a quiet cut de sac near the beach and is in an area where all sorts of restaurants abound. The owners lovingly restored and refurbished an old building into a beautiful, almost Spanish-looking home with several bedrooms, all comfortable and generous in terms of space. The breakfast was excellent, prepared to our taste as discussed in advance. The owners, Adri and Christian, spared no efforts to make our stay easy and interesting. They are charm personified, extremely kind and thoughtful and ready to advise on destinations or nearby restaurants.

A really lovely guest house with decor to match. Carlos is extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. Breakfast at 6am was not a problem ! Allowing us to leave our luggage well before check-in time was really helpful as well. Being only 6km from Puerto Natales meant that we enjoyed the peace and quiet from the location, but also within walking distance from town to stretch the legs a bit. Thanks Carlos for a lovely stay..!

We loved our stay at Hotel Faro Azul. Even before our arrival, Carolina, the host, contacted us via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring if you have any questions. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a wonderful terrace, and a gorgeous garden. The breakfasts, carefully prepared by Carolina or another hotel staff member, are excellent. Carolina, even though she does not live on-site, is very present at the hotel and always available: when she isn’t there, she responds very quickly to messages. We spent 5 days here and truly felt at home thanks to all her attentions. The accommodation is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from Valparaíso’s most beautiful tourist areas. It also offers a secure parking space, which is very convenient. The room is bright and heated, and the bathroom is superb. We also had the chance to enjoy a couple’s massage with two professionals in a spa room next to the house, which was an incredible and relaxing experience. We hope to return one day. The best hotel we have been staying on our trip to Chile. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms, good bed, lots of space and secure parking.

Fantastic location right on the beach with stunning views. Beautifully decorated rooms with terrace overlooking the ocean. Loved the little coffee shop and especially loved the Olive and Fig restaurant across the road with its amazing food and owner.
