The location of the hotel was fantastic. The neighborhood was great to just wander around with a lot of nice restaurants and cafes as well as street art. The view from my room was spectacular and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. It really exceeded my expectations.

They cooked a delicious supper for us and were warm and friendly. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

Amazing hosts who were very welcoming and had amazing recommendations for things around! They even went out of their way to help us with a lunch recommendation for a vineyard we were planning on visiting. Breakfast was really good! The atmosphere in general was really homely and quiet even though the hotel was located central.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The place is absolutely stunning and feels so magical. I would highly recommend booking here. Everything is perfection.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Valparaíso! Location was perfect, room was super clean and had lovely views of the water and city. The delicious breakfast was a great start to our days and Paula was super friendly and helpful to us during our stay. Loved the decor and the living room - it is more welcoming than a hotel, everyone greets each other and there is an amazing common area - would 100% recommend!

The best hotel we have been staying on our trip to Chile. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms, good bed, lots of space and secure parking.

The property was perfect for our family of two adults and three children visiting Valparaiso from Australia. Camilla, Carolina, and Paulina were all very friendly and hospitable and provided useful guidance about things to do, and places to see in and around the area

Loved our stay! The hotel's location in Cerro Alegre was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood with its colorful houses, amazing street art, and the hipster vibe of Cerro Alegre. We enjoyed wandering around and discovering hidden gems. We were captivated by the hotel's unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort. The interior design was exceptionally well-thought-out. Also the breakfast was a highlight – the fresh eggs with avocado and freshly pressed juice were amazing.
