New, modern Hotel in the centre of Mindelo. Very competent and friendly staff, a nice rooftop relax area. Even on weekends it's in a rather quiet part of the city. You can reach the ferry terminal within maybe 15 - 20 min by foot, taxi to the airport is currently ~12€

Location, food, Quad bike hire, staff and the personal attention of Mirko who is able to communicate in multiple languages, friendly local population ,stunning beaches ⛱️

Very atmospheric and well kept boutique hotel with immaculate rooms and impeccable service. Located in an attractive and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of most sights and best restaurants of town. Our beautiful room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely French balcony. Abundant and delicious breakfast that could be enjoyed on one of the nice patios of the hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff. We regretted we only booked for just one night.

I send the biggest like for this hotel to the meeting staff, or rather to the wonderful girl Dorianne (I hope I spelled the name correctly). Very friendly, responsive person. She tried to solve all my questions, even if I did not ask for it. Great respect.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The terrasse is really nice with the mountain view and the cozy seats. It‘s a great starting point to a number of hikes in the Paul Valley.

Excellent place to stay over, nice garden with hammock. Good breakfast, very nice and clean. Receptionist was so friendly and smiling. Good service!

Excellent location for eating and shopping in the beautiful town center. But TAKE CARE about the so-called Tourist Guides outside of the hotel trying to sell guided tours. I pre-payed ONE HUNDRED EURO for an agreed price of two-hundred euro covering a full guided round-trip on Fogo island including volcano visit. When walking up an volcano the guide told me being only participant that the walk was a change in schedule and the full price would be ONE THOUSAND EURO - and that he had access to a credit card machine. I decided to leave the minibus and walk all the way back to Sao Philipe. Next day the host of Hotel Savana told me that he is an authorized tourist guide and the he did NOT do anything illegal - believe it or not...

Incredible location and project. Lovely thoughtful hosts. Total tranquility.
