This is such a gem and the people are amazing with kind hearts and so helpful. It’s such a wonderful find in Sao Vicente !!!

We recently stayed at SC Boutique Hotel for 6 days and would not hesitate to recommend it. Our room was clean, chic, and spacious, as was the whole hotel. It’s centrally coated, but not too loud at night. Close to the marina, restaurants, and markets (clothes, fresh produce, fish). Nice roof deck for reading or sunning. We even used the hot tub. The service was very friendly and professional, from front desk (thank you, Vanderleigh and Elody and more!) to the kitchen staff, doormen, and housekeeping. We appreciated the friendly vibe and the tour that was organized for us.

I liked our stay at Kira’s very much. Very good location, safe, always someone available for everything. Friendly staff, very delicious breakfast. The breakfast was also locally inspired, selfmade bread, cake, yoghurt, juice, catchupa …, but if you just want a continental breakfast there is also more than enough choice!

Hotel: Ocean Suites is much more than a hotel. The service and attention that you as a customer receive every day is great🤩. I stayed in room 2 (for me one of the nicest room)😌. The room was large, with good working air conditioning and a beautiful view of the popular square and main street.The servers were friendly one by one and want to do everything for you "NO STRESS". And every evening there is live music downstairs in the restaurant with good music. You dance💃🏾 until you can't feel your feet anymore (haha). For your safety, a security guard is present every night and after an evening out he will bring you safely to the entrance so that you can safely return to your room. Breakfast ,lunch and diner: Every morning I could choose between 3 different breakfast menus (American🥓, Cape Verde🫘 and Mediterranean🍅). All three were tasty and you get a lot! You can also enjoy a delicious meal there (lunch and dinner). Try their burger🍔 (one of the tastiest burgers in Cabo Verde!)🤌🏽.  The beach and the famous pier are a 3-minute walk from the hotel! All famous cafes and restaurants are a 5 or 6 minute walk from the hotel. If you want to save money, book all activities through Dorry, which will save you 10 to 20 euros per excursion. And you can also arrange your transport to and from the airport through Dorry. Ocean Suites is for me the best hotel in Santa Maria! Adilson makes the best coffee☕️ for you in the morning. Janete serves you with her beautiful smile in the evening 😍(She has the most beautiful curls I had ever seen) And Flavio teaches you the coolest dance moves every evening💃🏾. Thank you Dorry for everything and I will definitely be back❤️❤️!!

I loved this place! Liana is just absolutely fantastic, she really cares about the place. Her and the women that work in the hotel / kitchen are amazing! They always make you feel welcome and are so sweet. Cute cats and vegetarian food is the cherry on top! Totally recommend!

amazing stay! Very grateful, clean rooms and the beds very comfortable. Cuisine made an effort to make something vegatarian for me and my wife!

Property was beautiful, very clean and located near the beach and city centre.

The location is good, at the edge of a peaceful and friendly village means no noises at night. Also not far from Fogo viewpoint (20min drive). Bus station 30sec walking, supermarket and restaurant 10sec as both are available directly in / at the house. The owner is super friendly and is easily available via booking or WhatsApp. The room is big, with a big comfy bed and enough plugs to charge your stuff. There is a small balcony, and the bathroom has a good shower with hot water. Everything is clean and the WiFi works great. Secured parking is also available. There is a nice terrace with a pool and great views. I really liked my stay here and can totally recommend this place.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The terrasse is really nice with the mountain view and the cozy seats. It‘s a great starting point to a number of hikes in the Paul Valley.
