They generously upgraded my room and gave me a delicious chocolate cake, lovely rose and complimentary drinks and fruits. Many hotels could learn a lot from this exceptional hotel and exceptional customer service. The room was immaculately presented, so clean, lovely, new, fresh smelling towels and luxuries toiletries. We loved everything! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Customer service is the best I've experienced in any other hotel I've stayed in, in Cyprus! A real gem! Lives up to it's name "Thymises" which means something you will remember (memorable) in Greek.

Loved all the unique touches. Very true to the universally appealing (but hip) brand. The branded water bottle (for guests to take home) and notebook were charming. The bed was very comfy and the quality of the linens and towels was exceptional. The bath amenities also were top notch. Best of all — the onsite restaurant was FABULOUS! The octopus was so tender and perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Dinner was delicious all around. Breakfast was equally fantastic. Don’t hesitate to eat here!!!!!!

Exceptional service very customer oriented; cleaning team did an exceptional job - the rooms were taken care at the higest level possible! we enjoyed heated outdoor and indoor pool in december; varied breakfast, with fresh orange juice; presence of friendly cats; we liked the location - close to the beach, next to seaside path for walking and close to some great cypriot tavernas!
