They address the customer by name and use polite language. Both are such wonderful people. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the dining area was magnificent. The staff Anticipates guests' needs, such as refilling drinks or bringing additional condiments. I will return in the future with the Sheraton Hotel, consistently providing excellent customer service at both the front desk and dining areas and exceptional hospitality.

Clean, safe and a lovely retro lobby area. A good restaurant next door. And an Indian Restaurant at 5 mins walking. Taxi to European district 5 mins or 20 mins walking (felt very safe) Working ATM too. Rooms are functional, but with enough space and clean. We paid 25prct of the Sheraton price level. For us a no brainer. Highly recommended!
