I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very beautiful and spotlessly clean, with everything you need: an in-room safe, fridge, and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). The location is in a very safe area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The reception staff were extremely helpful with everything — special thanks to Mr. M. Khellaf and the lady at the front desk who regularly helped me call a taxi. I really appreciate their work and assistance!

HOTEL RALF seems to be brand new. It is nicely decorated, very elegant place with modern designed interior. The room is spacious & the bathroom is very comfortable regarding size(big) & functionality. Bad is big & so comfy! I have had a good rest there. Despite the traffic, it was not loud as the balcony door has soundproof glass! The view from the room was so nice, especially during the night & you can see Martyr' s monument in the distance ,lightened in beautiful colors. The breakfast was served from 6.30 a.m. which is great for tourists who go for early morning excursions as myself, at 7.am.! The choice of food was really good, with some local specialties as well (local brad, cake, sweets, fruits etc.) & all other usual hotel choices on offer. Wi Fi worked very well which was important to me. There are some shops nearby -like pharmacy, vegan food store, grocery's etc. I am especially grateful to the staff for their understanding & compassion for my situation due to many difficulties which I had undergone as a result of delayed /cancelled flights from Paris to Algiers. I recommend hotel Ralf with confidence that you will enjoy your stay & I am sure I would gladly be back there next time. Great place to stay!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would to me to mention Fatima in particular who was friendly and made our stay smooth and stress free. I recommend the rooftop restaurant (get the fish goujons). Food was delicious. The room was spacious and everything was exceptionally clean. There is an on demand shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Highly recommended!

A very neat and clean place to stay. The hotel is located in beautiful Tichy, facing kilometres of beaches from public and private and green mountains behind you. It has a great view all day and all night. You get to eat delicious food also just downstairs or a few steps away from the hotel. The location is perfect as it has many restaurants, traditional wear shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. We booked a family room since we were travelling as a family, and they gave us a cradle for our baby. So we enjoyed our beautiful balcony facing the sea. The room was incredibly clean, all the linens were clean, the smell was amazing, and all the amenities were provided in the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too. They are attentive and ready to help their guest. Thank you for our great experience. We will definitely come back again.

My three nights stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal! On the way to the hotel, me and my friend we got some serious problems with a car which caused a delay in our arrival to this hotel. Although we called the staff to inform them about our late arrival, we had no idea that we would arrive super late. Despite the fact the hotel cancelled our reservation in the meantime thinking that we wouldn't show up anymore, when we did very late at night, the reception staff was super fast and helpful to renew the reservation. I really appreciated their empathy with our difficult situation with the car and the very late arrival, and their effort to make everything very easy for us. The room was absolutely great, very spacious, great bathroom, super comfortable beds. I also enjoyed all the hotel facilities such as sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, and the gym, and they were all fantastic! We absolutely loved the breakfasts but what really stands out are the staff members. No matter if at the reception, in the restaurant, at the gym...they were all super professional. I wouldn't hesitate a single second to stay here again. THANK YOU!
