The hotel was managed by Mario and Blanca. They're very warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and centrally located. We can walk to town and sightseeing spots in 5-10mins.

What an amazing place! The saddest part of our stay was leaving and only having the opportunity to stay for a single night, if time had allowed, we would have stayed a week! The location is perfect for the old historic centre, the cathedral is an easy walk, so much of the historic centre is walkable from here. The staff were so incredible!!! So kind and helpful, with great English and knowledge to share. Nothing was too much trouble, from extra coffee, so booking taxis and restaurants. The breakfast was one of the best meals we've eaten in Ecuador (and we have eaten very well in this country! - but this was a REALLY great way to start our day!) The Tigrillo was a really fabulous Ecuadorian breakfast cooked and presented beautifully. This is such a beautiful property, very well maintained and full of gorgeous murals on the walls, the roof terrace boasts a stunning view of the city sky line and the garden is a wonderful place to enjoy the breakfast. If we get the chance to return to Cuenca, this is the place we will stay for sure, and the place I would recommend to any friends who plan this trip!

This is a great family run place. Oscar and his wife are the friendliest couple and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Room was spacious with a great shower. WiFi is fast. We enjoyed a pizza and a beer and a satisfying breakfast. The airport pick up is great and very convenient. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The management deserves special praise for running such a well-organized and guest-focused property. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Amazing hotel. Situated in the center of the city! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador.

Beautiful room and gardens, as well as great a pool. Everything was immaculately clean. The WiFi was strong and the staff were professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

It is a living museum! Great food! Lots of activities! Unexpected incredible spa!
