Michael and Bassant are absolutely delightful. I really enjoy being around them, they are truly inspiring and I feel blessed to have met them. You won’t feel bored or alone with them, there is always something to do. Food is vegan friendly, healthy and tasty. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view.

We loved every single part of our stay. The staff was amazing everywhere, in the reception, at the pool, restaurants everywhere but especially the lady in the reception Massaouda, she made sure we were allright all the time! She was the best to us. Such a beautiful clean hotel with so much variety of food. I am a pescatarian so even for me there was plenty of food the whole day. We would definitely come back in the future. Thanks to every person in the hotel who made our stay special!

In addition to the excellent service and atmosphere, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I truly felt like I was treated like family throughout my stay. The staff were amazing - Taha the Assistant manager was super pleasant and helpful! Our cleaner Ahmed worked so hard keeping our room spotless. The Entertainment team - wow Elena, Francisco, Remy and Tiger. What a great crewe and so lovely. Mahmoud the sandwich maker at breakfast was a gem, such a lovely guy and amazing toasted sandwiches. Yanya was a great waiter, always had a smile on his face. Thank you! The buildings are beautiful and stylish. The snorkeling in the bay is stunning.

Beautiful resort, super clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. Great selection of food at the buffet. All other food in the Al Acart restaurants was excellent. The team at the dive center were so friendly and helpful.

Nice ,quiet secluded pleasant change after busy days elsewhere.Perfect stop to round up our trip and to meet some nice people.

Exceptionality clean and spacious new rooms in a well secured building. Friendly and welcoming team. Excellent location near ring road, Maadi city center and kids station. Definitely will come back.

The stay at the Aton Palace Hotel was great. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The room is Egyptian style, with Tutancamon chair and bed and a closet with details in the form of “cool” cartridges. In the garden you can relax like in an oasis in the middle of the desert. It offers tours to tourist attractions with good driver and guide, and air-conditioned car. The hosts are very attentive and look after your well being. The harmony and friendliness they provide is great. For me it is a 5 star place, also because of the delicious breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole property.
