The tasteful arrangement of the bungalow, the garden-like setting, transportation arrangement and prompt responses to questions, and above all, staff which makes you feel like a family member makes the Orchid a unique place. Can't overemphasize how helpful the staff was in helping arrange every aspect of my stay.

This was the most unbelievable place to stay if you want complete calm & serenity. It is totally removed from the outside world & is an oasis of calm & peace. The staff are amazing & most of them are islanders who are totally invested in Oarsman Bay & the experience that they want their guests to have. The whole ethos behind Oarsman Bay is wonderful & how it helps & supports the wider community of the island. Fantastic snorkeling, amazing food, wonderful staff.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed, was a real bonus having a washing machine dryer - especially when getting drenched in unexpected rain shower. Very nice having daily servicing of apartments. Meals downstairs were very good and we loved having our complimentary coffee and breakfast! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again if back in Suva.

Everything. The staff, the rooms, the food, the pool, and the view: We really enjoyed our one night at the Holiday Inn in rooms 153 and 232. It's a good and safe place for family holidays. Furthermore, the workers were fantastic. They know how to handle guests so they can enjoy their stay at the Holiday Inn, like greeting everyone with Bula and smiling at every guest at the hotel as we feel at home. I really appreciate that the staff are so helpful and friendly and could answer any of my questions. I originally booked for one night and ended up staying three. Suitable location for me to drive to family then come back to the room again. The food is great too with tasty vegetarian options when I didnt want to eat meat. My room 207 is perfect as it is at the end of the row and upstairs. Lots of parking too - thank you. Choice music selections too.
Completely refurbished in 2019, including all guest rooms and public areas, Tanoa Plaza features rooms with lovely harbour or city views and is only 700 metres from Suva Harbour.
Staff were excellent in customer service. A very nice happy hour with the one man band.
