I absolutely loved everything about Louma. The food is outstanding – you can truly taste the freshness of the ingredients. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and the all-inclusive concept makes the whole experience so effortless, as you don’t have to worry about a thing. The wellness area is incredible, and the gym is even better equipped than my regular one! But what makes Louma truly special is the people and the place itself. It feels magical – with stunning sea views, a calming and friendly atmosphere, and impeccable yet cozy décor. Travelling with a baby, I was deeply impressed by how well-equipped Louma is for families. They provided everything: a baby monitor, crib, bath tub, toiletries, diaper bin, high chair… every detail was thought of. As new parents, it’s such a joy to be able to enjoy a luxury retreat with all the comfort and elegance we love, without compromising on peace of mind or packing endless baby gear. Louma is, without a doubt, one of the best luxury retreats for parents with good taste, who love to enjoy life and share it with their kids.

Property was lovely nice and hidden away perfect for a get away with your partner , the breakfast was lovely and the bath tub was amazing a lovely place to relax !!

We stayed in the Vulcan room which was extremely well appointed with dual aspect views over the harbour. The room itself was very stylish with copper bathtub in the room and all mod cons. The bed was super comfortable and it was very relaxing to hear the water lapping outside. Breakfast was served in the Hive opposite, a light airy room, and provided a very good choice including fresh fruit salad and many cooked options. It was a nice touch to be given a token for a honey ice cream, served from the annexe to the Hive. All staff were attentive and very friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were large and well furnished. Beds very comfortable. Nice amenities. Food in the restaurant was excellent for both the evening meal and breakfast.

Everything. Truely a fabulous experience. The hosts K&M were impeccable. Nothing was ever a problem and the knowledge of the area for recommendations were spot on. Rooms decorated to a high modern standard and the pool area was lush! Breakfast was made to order and delicious! Will be recomending to everyone going that direction. We were super impressed!! Thanks!

The Shoregate is a wonderful independent hotel in Crail. It is run by a team that is committed to very high standards and has everything that is needed to provide guests with a relaxing stay. The team assisted me with tips ahead of my trip, and I also reserved dinner at the restaurant which was delicious.

Great location , fabulous staff, no feeling uncomfortable travelling alone .Food was lovely.

We like everything g about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is extremely comfortable and the staff are so helpful. Nothing was any trouble to them. Breakfast is amazing and the choice at dinner is superb with something for everyone

This is absolutely amazing place! Everything is well considered and organized, you can walk and enjoy sunset on a see shore, the owner will advise you the best restaurant with a wonderful view. Room is very cozy and staffed with many useful details.

So I am writing this review with the hope that not everyone goes! But now seriously amazing amazing, from beginning to end everything was great. The staff are at another level I think this hotel wrote the book on „attention to detail” keep it up. And keep as space for me ! :))

Beautiful room and lovely pub. Food plentiful and excellent. Staff really good fun. We will return.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Crown Inn. Friendly caring staff, beautiful rooms and fantastic food. We were so well looked after.
