One of the best parts of the hotel was that it gives you the feel of an old world building but has all the modern comfort facilities. Irina has been a gracious host and she and her staff have been available round the clock for any assistance that we may need. Plus the location is fantastic since you have the option of staying in probably the best location in old Tbilisi. Lots of good breakfast and meal joints plus Marjanishivli station is at a walking distance which helps commuting to other parts of Tbilisi very easy!

We had an amazing stay here. It surpassed our expectations. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. It's easy to get to by car, and close enough to the other attractions in the area. The bed and the room were wonderful. It shows that it's a new hotel. Everything is fresh and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in Georgia. The bathroom is spacious & clean. Don't even get us started on breakfast - it was beyond amazing. Waffles, roasted pumpkin, fruits, potatoes, and so much more! Giga & his girlfriend went above and beyond in everything. They were super sweet. We spent so much time talking to him and we loved it. He also had some great recommendations for supper. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.
