Great location near the castle. The breakfast was great, there was homemade buns and jam. The host was very friendly, we felt like home during our stay. When we arrived the host offered us homemade wine. I recommend to stay in this hotel if you want to feel the real Georgian hospitality.

We had an amazing stay here. It surpassed our expectations. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. It's easy to get to by car, and close enough to the other attractions in the area. The bed and the room were wonderful. It shows that it's a new hotel. Everything is fresh and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in Georgia. The bathroom is spacious & clean. Don't even get us started on breakfast - it was beyond amazing. Waffles, roasted pumpkin, fruits, potatoes, and so much more! Giga & his girlfriend went above and beyond in everything. They were super sweet. We spent so much time talking to him and we loved it. He also had some great recommendations for supper. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

We like the excellent staff and a very helpful owner. Nice comfortable room with everything we needed, being given an upgrade was also a wonderful gesture. The location being close to the metro and the railway station was great. Also lots of good restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town by metro. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was also great being able to cook our own food.

Comfortable rooms in excellent location. Giorgi took great care of us and helped us plan our days in Kutaisi. He father drove us to Prometheus and Martvilli canyon. He also helped us communicate when we had some issues. Would definitely recommend this place

Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kobuleti. Everything was excellent, from the spotless and comfortable rooms and beds to the delicious and healthy breakfast. The fresh and tasty vegetables were a delightful start to the day. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, kind, friendly, always smiling, and very supportive. The location is also a great advantage—close to the sea and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Kobuleti.

The place is nice and clean, and the hosting family is super nice and always ready to help. When my colleague became sick, one of the hosts went to the hospital nearby to ask a doctor and got some medicine for her, made her toasts and boiled her a jug of water. The breakfast was prepared right there and it was always delicious and more than enough. I can only recommend the place.
