We like the excellent staff and a very helpful owner. Nice comfortable room with everything we needed, being given an upgrade was also a wonderful gesture. The location being close to the metro and the railway station was great. Also lots of good restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town by metro. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was also great being able to cook our own food.

I loved home made breakfasts served by the owner. Food was freshly cooked from local produce, according to the season. Variety of dishes is also worth mentioning, and the cakes each day a different, delicious one. Breakfast place very nicely arranged, music choice that was catered to my liking.

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.

Family 4 night stay travelling from UK through Georgia in July 2025. The choice of hotel was based on internet search and good reviews. I have to say I am very glad I made the decision and booked The Family Hotel Triston. Our stay was excellent, very clean and comfortable rooms; tasty breakfast; good location with links to public transport and above all Keti, the hotel host and Manana, Keti's mom. We were made very welcome by Keti all our needs were met and questions answered. At the end of our stay we felt like part of the family. We absolutely loved the hotel and definitely will be booking it again if we visit beautiful Tbilisi again. Thank you, Keti!
