This hotel is absolutely incredible! We spent 5 nights here and felt completely at home. The location is perfect in Ilulissat. The starting points of individual tours are easily accessible (also on foot), supermarkets are nearby. Various hiking trails start directly behind the hotel at the small power station, from where you have a perfect view of Disko Bay. From the balcony of the hotel we could see auroras and icebergs. The staff was super friendly and fulfilled our every wish. We would definitely come here again on another trip to Ilulissat! Beautiful hotel! 11 out of 10! :D

The breakfasts were excellent, the view of the fjord was fantastic, we also ordered a Greenlandic buffet dinner - a great culinary experience. Overall, we were very satisfied, the staff was helpful and willing. The communication from the reception before and during our holiday was great. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the harbour when we left for Disko Island was seamless.

Hotel Soma has very good staffing and all we’re able to answer my questions. The room and facilities were clean, heating was adequate and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of breakfast items to chose from.
Hotel SØMA Sisimiut is located just 40 km from the Polar Circle and offers a 24 hr reception and a cafeteria. Sisimiut Harbour is just a 5-minute walk from the property.
Welcoming atmosphere, comfortable room and helpful staff. Good breakfast and cafeteria was useful to have cake and coffee in the afternoon sand if you arrive prompt at 5.30 an evening meal at a reasonable price. It was a popular meeting place for local people. Used both their laundry service and spa. They also adjusted our booking when our ferry was delayed. Many thanks to the team. If in that part of tge world again we would definitely stay there.
