Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. Breakfast is great (everything your heart could desire and more) and the hot tub on the balcony is a great perk, especially in spring time. Ability to they beds at the beach club is also a great perk (beds there are really comfy)

our stay was amazing.hosts made our stay extra special! The hotel facilities are 10/10 but hosts kindness makes our stay even more better! Never for once did we feel unsafe as a couples traveler. the meals are amazing and outstanding.it was one of the best in my all hotels experience .The breakfast dinner example of taste and elegant . My hotel room was cleaned to detail. also hosts gave us good recommendations on where to go, good , best places around:restaurants, bars..etc

Everything was immaculate. Katerina, who was running the place, made sure our stay was everything we ever hoped for, and more! There are only a few rooms, so we had both a private pool AND a private beach, imagine that plus Katerine bringing you homemade dessert randomly, and you'll have this place. HIGHLY recommend!

The host is very helpful, she arranged everything for us (car rental, restaurant booking, etc), she really made us feel home. The property is stunning, former caves converted to fancy houses/rooms

We were warmly greeted by co- owner Panagiota and her assistant Elena on our Saturday evening arrival after some difficulty in finding parking on this busiest night in Nafplio. Assistance was given in retrieving our luggage and we were referred to an excellent nearby restaurant, Alaloum. Our spacious suite with balcony was perfect for a relaxed 5 day stay in this recently renovated historic building facing the older Aetoma Hotel ( also owned by Panagiota and her son Akis) across the square. . Breakfasts were superb and so complete that we rarely needed lunch. The location was excellent for walking the beautiful town. Co-owner Akis was very helpful in guiding us to areas of interest in the region Other than the initial difficulty caused by limited parking in the town on a Saturday night, everything else was perfect during our stay.

They were exceptional hosts, meticulously tending to every detail. The space exuded comfort and pristine cleanliness, providing an inviting atmosphere. Remarkably, they even catered to my baby's needs by including a conveniently placed potty train in the room. The facilities offered were nothing short of spectacular, undoubtedly ranking among the finest accommodations. Without a doubt, if I were to revisit Kefalonia, Poesia would be my top choice once more.

The hotel is run by a lovely couple. Sofia was very attentive. They offered sweet treats, gave us restaurant recommendations… overall, they were helpful with everything. The room was very clean and had everything you might need. It also had a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the afternoon. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. If you’re coming by car, there is also free parking available.

This place is a unique combination of central location, quiet and calm part of the street, exquisite design of the facilities, friendly and caring staff and amazingly delicious food. It’s been amazing.

Exceptional and fantastic hotel! We stayed in a penthouse apartment. Such great rooms! The whole Interior was done with remarkable esthetics, with reverent attention to detail. Relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace, after a long day in Zagori, will definitely be a fond memory. The bed was large and confortable. Just the right softness of pillows. We had a fantastic and restful night's sleep. The bathtub in the open space and the design of the bathroom gave the bedroom a special flair. (my favorite feature in the apartment 😀) The hotel staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Our special thanks to Georgia who made our stay memorable and fulfilled all our requests in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Excellent communication with the hotel before and during our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice and tasty local selection. I would suggest giving some more breakfast choices for vegetarian guests. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it for a stay in Ioannina! We will definitely be back for another long weekend!
