Perfect for a quiet vacation in the mountains. Beautiful nature around, amazing hiking paths, and food that has been made with so much love and detail… I loved everything of it and I will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. The accomodation is brand new and we were the first guests they received. The host was very friendly and received us with nice complimentary welcome drinks. The accomodation is as beautiful as it is on the photos!

Great place!! The room is huge and very interesting, it used to be a vineyard storage, the pool has a fine touch to it and the staff is super nice, friendly and helpful!

They were exceptional hosts, meticulously tending to every detail. The space exuded comfort and pristine cleanliness, providing an inviting atmosphere. Remarkably, they even catered to my baby's needs by including a conveniently placed potty train in the room. The facilities offered were nothing short of spectacular, undoubtedly ranking among the finest accommodations. Without a doubt, if I were to revisit Kefalonia, Poesia would be my top choice once more.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating a huge thank you!! to everyone on staff that made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was excellent. Exceptional and fantastic hotel! We stayed in a penthouse apartment. Such great rooms! The whole Interior was done with remarkable esthetics, with reverent attention to detail. Relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace, after a long day in Zagori, will definitely be a fond memory. The bed was large and confortable. Just the right softness of pillows. We had a fantastic and restful night's sleep. The bathtub in the open space and the design of the bathroom gave the bedroom a special flair. (my favorite feature in the apartment 😀) The hotel staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Our special thanks to Georgia who made our stay memorable and fulfilled all our requests in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. Excellent communication with the hotel before and during our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice and tasty local selection. I would suggest giving some more breakfast choices for vegetarian guests. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it for a stay in Ioannina! We will definitely be back for another long weekend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
