Very cheap but very nice hotel

I liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned so nicely whenever the cleaners would come by. They even helped us when we dropped sand in the room and it wasn’t the designated cleaning time. I liked the location a lot, very central to everything.

We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.

The breakfast buffet could be better. Simple items on the breakfast buffet, but for the price… I’d say it was worth it. The kids don’t really eat much. The facility is nice, noticed some upgrades. We weren’t able to swim in the pool because we checked out early. The condo side rooms could use upgrades & some renovations but other than that, everything was a great one night stay for us!

I stayed 2 weeks for work. I only had the housekeeping clean a couple times, but they did an excellent job when they did. I love the bathtub and the toilet🙂 The staff were all so friendly! I have no complaints. The pill was very nice too
