Hotels in Guam

I got this property for a price I was happy with. My friends were staying at the much more expensive resort a short two minute walk away. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff booked my taxi for my early morning flight. Do book your taxi the night before if you need an early start to airport, there was a shortage of taxis that morning, but for me, I was fine because of the early booking the night before.

I really liked everything. Clean, comfortable, spacious room, great bed. Large territory of the hotel, excellent swimming pool, bar. Good location, lots of places to relax nearby. beach. bus stop.

Newly renovated, so it was very modern. Not everything was new, for example doors were simply repainted, I think. But in general I liked the cozy and clean atmosphere since I don't really enjoy the chaos of huge hotels. There were no more than a few floors so I didn't have to wait forever to get the elevator. The staff was very helping and kind. A laundry machine and a dryer were available but it cost 3 dollars. It's definitely better than nothing but I found it a bit expensive. The hotel is not so close from the center, taking about 15 minutes to get there by walking, but there are many cool restaurants nearby. We visited a ramen place and a Thai food restaurant and there seemed to be many locals, which I wanted as a tourist :) In general, I would visit this hotel again in the future. And Matapang beach that is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel was cute and quiet so I liked it as a introvert person

The view of Tumon Bay from the room balcony was stunning! Also, the snorkeling at the resort's beach was some of the best we have ever seen--and we have traveled all over Southeast Asia.

We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.

The room was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! Beds were nice. The bonus for my husband and I was the water dispenser. Brilliant idea.

I had a 26 hour layover in Guam after leaving Saipan, so this wasn't a planned visit. The suite was exceptional, tastefully designed and decorated and everything looked new. This was a very comfortable place to ride out my layover. I did explore the surroundings but there were no sidewalks in this area, so I didn't stray too far. There were shops within walking distance to buy meals and snacks. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in early without an additional charge.

The pool with children’s equipments was fantastic! Safety guards were on the pool sides and the beach and they were very friendly and helpful!

Maam at the reception whom I forgot the name was the kindest and most accomodating person Ive met. Other staff are accommodating too. I would definitely come back. 👍👍

Great Facility with helpful, friendly staff and it was our first time in Guam. Lovely place.
