The property is beautiful and ideally located in a relatively safe neighborhood. The staff was wonderful, very pleasant, cheerful and engaging. Special mention to Ashanti who made my arrival quite pleasant and her co-worker (the ex-tutorialite sorry I didn’t get your name) who was just as pleasant, cheerful and engaging. Hats off also to the security, kitchen staff and housekeeping with whom I shared personal stories. This is my favorite place to stay and my third time. Its accessibility to a nearby dining option is a plus. .

Το Grand Coastal Hotel προσφέρει εξωτερική πισίνα και εστιατόριο, ενώ βρίσκεται στην πόλη Georgetown, στις ανατολικές ακτές της περιοχής Demerara. The service and the atmosphere were our favorite part. The indoor/outdoor design had a refreshing breeze and it felt romantic. The service was amazing from the time we arrived. Three people stoodout. TROY who made sure we had whatever we needed for our stay, made us aware of the best views from the patio for the Diwali motorcade. He is so professional and our experience was enhanced by him - also he was very knowledgeable on questions we had. CHERYL was our waitress at night and the next morning for brunch. We recognized her from a cute Instagram video on the hotel's page. She was fun and again super professional. She handled some very large parties while still making sure we had a great experience. Also the restaurant food was delicious (chicken curry, fried rice, dahl). Third, COLLIN was a wonderful host on our last morning. He is so pleasant, professional and I really felt he wanted us to have the best experience possible and we left smiling, refreshed and so very glad we came.

The welcome by the security personnel especially Christopher was so warm and friendly it made us happy and a sense of security. The office staff was very helpful especially Rehinna who was very warm and professional. The staff in general was very courteous and friendly and approachable.
