Best location, perfect sea view and very nice room decoration

We truly enjoyed our stay from the the start warm welcome , great room , fantastic service for the breakfast , dinner , bar and spa . Highly recommended not to forget great central location

1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

Hospitality, cleanliness and beauty

I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

I loved the thoughtful upgrade to a habour-view room, the beautifully decorated and well-maintained facilities, and the accommodating staff who granted us a late check-out. The overall service was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.
