Everything, but most of all is the staff. Everyone I've come in contact with, either in person or over the phone, is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They are truly the asset of this hotel and what keep the guests coming back time and time again. I indicated in the booking that I was there for a weekend of the birthday celebration. The hotel staff decorated the room to give me a lovely surprise when I checked in. They also sent a complimentary birthday cake, with a hand-written card and a lion 🦁 soft toy. These gestures are very thoughtful and made my stay there special and memorable. I really appreciated it.

Loved the location, the staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well maintained. I stayed here twice and would stay here again.
