The staff was very friendly. Due to the sickness we had to reschedule the date. They had no problem with that. I do recommend this accommodation.

The breakfast was very delicious and held in a very nice venue. The hotel is very nice and clean, design of the rooms and the restaurant are amazing. The best hotel in Koszeg. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely come back. Great place beyond my expectations - surprising to find such a great hotel in a relatively small town as Koszeg.

EVERYTHING! What a fabulous hotel, everything really was perfect! The staff were super helpful and friendly, the spa is idyllic and so beautiful, The breakfast each morning was fantastic and we loved that it was served up until noon. We honestly can’t wait to return

This is a unique hotel in Europe for travelers with dogs. It is a holiday for both people and dogs! We have stayed here not for the first time and this says a lot. Beautiful landscape, comfortable places for walking and training dogs! Thank you very much for the welcome!

Perfect hotel, beautiful rooms, service...true gem on Balaton!

The location is absolutely lovely! Very quiet — pure satisfaction for both body and soul. The property is well-maintained and just a short walk from the beautiful Kőporosi Pincesor. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower, which was a big plus. The restaurant: I would rate the food 4 out of 5. The prices are quite high, but the quality doesn’t fully match the cost. Breakfast was tasty, with a small but good selection. The coffee, in particular, was excellent.

Cleanliness, style, food, staff

I have stayed long term in Szeged but this was my first time in RIVA. I chose it as it is near the station and had high scores. It was an amazing place; it's a hotel but the room is like an apartment and beautifully decorated. It is prettier than many apartments I lived in and for less cost than so many hotels. I slept so well and would recommend this lovely boutique where the staff go out of their way to make your stay personal. It is right by a bar selling healthy drinks and snacks too.

Loved our stay here and will be back again. I will highly recommend this hotel. The staff are super warm and welcoming. The room was top class and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. You can’t go wrong. The location is great too with lots of caffès and restaurants on your door steps.

Amazing breakfast. Beautiful place - so calm and peaceful. Swimming pool and bio pool are both great. Staff are friendly and kind.
