I was lucky to have picked Anjo for my visit to the Maumere area. It's a real gem, just 5 min from a quiet beach and 10 min from town. The service level of the entire staff is definitely up to western standards. The food in the restaurant was delicious and some of the fruits and vegetables come from the property's own garden. You might be tempted by some of the beach accommodations in the area, but the people I met in the restaurant and at a snorkeling tour who stayed closer to town all struggled with sleep due to traffic and karaoke parties, which seem common practice. They wished they had booked at Anjo. So, from one traveler to another: look no further.

Everything is brand new. Right by the blue sea. Very quiet place. You have to drive everywhere.

A beautiful design hotel ! The staffs of hotel are very friendly and helpful . They can drive you right to nearby spots such as beach or restaurants .

Simplicity at its best. 3 rooms with nice views and 3 Pool Villas. Every room and Villa has its own unique features with no further sophistication. Location in a small village, quiet and peaceful. Service is excellent with personal care and adjustments to whatever you want, including dietary restrictions. HEATED Villa pool! means swim whenever you want. Extra Services are at reasonable costs, just wished that the prices shown included Tax’s.

The villa is a true tropical paradise—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery that made our stay feel like a dream. The pool was stunning, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and every little detail was carefully thought out to provide the best experience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from Ade and the entire team. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always ensuring we had everything we needed. From organizing transportation to recommending the best local spots, their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The location is also fantastic—close enough to enjoy Bali’s best attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. The place is brand new, the owners are an amazing couple who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They provided me great tips for local places to visit, accomodated all my needs (gave me anti-mosquito spray and even helped me send my luggage to Canggu to facilitate my travel plans) I recommend this place and 100% will come back again!!
