We had the most incredible stay at this remarkable hotel! Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like cherished guests from the very start. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly elevated our experience. Special thanks to Kadek at the reception and to the restaurant team! It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring every aspect of your stay is absolutely perfect. I also had a massage at their spa which was the best I had during my stay in Bali and at a lower price than other resorts of this quality and price.
