Solène and Stéphane are the best hosts you could ever imagine, they are bringing such a good energy on this pristine resort with magnificent view! Stéphane took us for a dawn patrol surf sessions with the quads, and spent a lot of time with us on the evening ☺️. We will definitely come back!

One of the best places we've ever stayed. This was the second time we spent some time at Desa Hay. The place looks like paradise. The luxurious villas are brilliantly created with all the extra details you wouldn't even think of. They are very private, feels like you are in the middle of a Jungle. The cleanliness is spotless. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious, the cocktails are unique that we had at the restaurant with a view to the picturesque pool. We enjoyed every moment we spent at Desa Hay and I'm sure we'll come back again. I only can recommend Desa Hay. A place you will never forget!

Hotel is located near beach also facing beautiful view of mountain beside! a bit outskirt of town but only 10 min by bike you can rent from hotel! It is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in whole Indonesia! Room and all facilities are extremely clean! bathroom also literally spotless!! Really enjoyed breakfast with toast, egg selections, home made jam, fresh fruit juice, a plate of fresh fruits and really nice coffee from espresso!! having in beautiful garden full of flowers and great view was amazing!! Staffs are exceptionally friendly and kind! always ready to help with beautiful smile! And Joseph, manager of hotel, arranged everything I need from all transportations, Mt. Egon trekking tour, diviving trip, visa extension or so! Even provided medicine for me when I was a bit sick, and also bring me to Apotek for translation!! They are Not just staff of hotel but more of family! taking care of me and feeding me!! At first I booked 2nights but stayed here 8nights!:) I will definitely recommend this hotel everyone and will be back if I visit Maumere again!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was decorated beautifully and wirlth a lot of love, it has a great pool looking directly at the ocean. And I was at Villa Boreh before so could just walk across. Perfect location for me. Also super supportive organizating a rie for Les waterfalls and to find an additional driver for my friend from a different hotel. Also the internet was one of the best I encounteted here in Bali. And it was quiet and a beautiful balcony. I can highly recommend it! Thank you 🙏

The venue is really nice and well kept, staff is always helpful and kind, food is great, location turns out to be pretty good away from traffic jams in Canggu.

Beyond our expectations. The room very spacious and comfy, amazing breakfast, views, facilities but above all we are amazed how helpful and kind the staff are, always caring about us, helping us in organizing all the trips or needs we had. We are used to travel and we have never found an excellent customer service and care like this. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Where do I even begin! From the moment I sat down to check in and started sipping on my welcome coconut, I knew I would be enjoying my stay here. The shared pool and lounging areas are spectacular! I booked the king villa with private pool and it was a beautiful room. I appreciated all the fittings and furnishings in the room, it is well presented and of high quality. I appreciated the attention to detail of having inspector repellers for indoor and outdoor. Also the rooms are fitted with universal sockets so you don’t need an adapter. I enjoyed the freshly made juices and breakfast each morning, but it’s also so handy that the kitchen has so many appliances and utensils if you are making or heating up your own food. All of this would only go so far, but I think what truly made my stay incredible was the staff. They were all so lovely and attentive. I would have regular chats with the security guard Nyoman. It also made me feel really safe as a solo female traveler that there was someone on security through all hours of the night. The kitchen and housekeeping staff Zuh, Eluh, Maria and Ani were a pleasure to chat with as well and Ani always made sure to check in if I wanted my room tidied up. The property really is as beautiful as the pictures, maybe even more in real life. The staff are an asset to Plawa Laguna and I’m so sad to have said goodbye. I will absolutely be returning next time I’m in Bali.

Lovely spot in Uluwatu. Close enough to everything, yet quiet. Me and my partner only stayed for one night and we enjoyed it! It’s very new, modern and pleasant. The owners are attentive and kind too.

Brand new architect built hotel with a beautiful set up, we felt very cozy after a tough 2 days trekking on mount Rinjani, that was exactly what we needed! Very welcoming and accommodating staff who kept the kitchen open late for us and the food was delicious! Clean room, nice bathroom and super comfy bed. Unfortunately we had to leave early and couldn’t try the breakfast, but it looked amazing with many homemade food. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely come back here if we visit Lombok again.
