What truly stood out, though, was the staff—helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests. This is a very nice hotel, in very good condition. The staff are excellent and took good care of me. It's in a quiet area of the city, but getting around is not a problem because the Careem app works in Erbil. So it's easy to call and pay for a taxi.
