Our stay at this incredible castle hotel was nothing short of magical. The grandeur of the castle, the beautifully preserved architecture, and the breathtaking surroundings created an unforgettable first impression. The food was absolutely divine. From rich, locally inspired dishes to indulgent desserts, the dining experience was a highlight of our stay. The drinks menu was just as impressive, with expertly crafted cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines. What made the trip even more special was how welcoming and exciting it was for our children. Sleeping in a real castle was a dream come true for them! They were completely enchanted by the historic rooms, winding staircases, and the sense of adventure that came with every corner of the property. The staff made sure they felt just as pampered and special as the adults, which we deeply appreciated. This was more than just a hotel stay—it was an experience filled with wonder, luxury, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and relive the magic all over again.

Giuseppe prepared our breakfast, our dinner and we later found out that he practically built and owns the place. If he sees my review, I just hope that me saying "you are a model for me " was said thinking to a role model in life, a person that inspires. Perfect location for local walks in the forest, or close to Etna hikes starting points.

Incredible views, our lovely room, gorgeous bathroom with underfloor heating, sun terrace next to our room where you can order drinks from the bar, gorgeous non-buffet breakfasts, wonderful restaurant, amazing spa and spa staff and free therme spa, beautiful gardens, peaceful location and peaceful, calming hotel building, gorgeous lighting with candles at night.

Perfectly located, large and comfortable rooms and breakfasts to die for!

The entire property is so picturesque like its out of a movie. Very luxurious room design and space as well as the unbelivable scenrery in every direction. Breakfasts and dinners are never boring on the patio overlooking the most gorgeous Tuscan hills. Not to the forget the beautiful cooled infinity pool to unwind during the summer heat. Highly recommend to all and would return.

Lovely place run by a lovely couple. Breakfast is fabulous. Best scrambled eggs ever and delicious espresso and cappuccino. We also ate mozzarella di bufala for breakfast and it was exceptional. You can tell the couple want to make sure everything is ok.

Did not want to leave. Everything was perfect.

The cleanliness of the room. Comfortable and cozy. Filling breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant beside it that serves the best pizza and pasta.

we love the location - up in the hill in a very quiet place. surounding wiith beutifull medow and mountain vew. the outside pool is amazing and the spa is great! The stuff were very kind and very knowgble with the area - where to go hiking; to dine etc.
