This is my second stay in Okura hotel. Everything about the hotel is exceptional. It’s clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in all aspects. Hands down, it ranks as one of the best designed rooms I have stayed at (and I’ve traveled for work & leisure for decades). Soundproof, comfy bed, climate controlled perfection, serene zen garden glimpses from the bedroom and bathroom, plugs-USB ports and extra mobile chargers intuitively on each side bedside table, indirect lighting options to set the mood, the bathroom stocked with anything you might need, tea kettle with local Uji tea. The breakfast offered fresh fish, rice, miso soup, green tea, sweet local delicacy (sesame tofu, matcha mochi). The staff was exceptionally professional, polite, attentive and courteous.

The location is amazing! Vivid streets, Just right to huge variety of restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment was big, clean, very comfortable. Even washing machine! It had a nice lounge area, big table. It is very nice that the hotel offers free coffee, tea, matcha in the lobby.

Very helpful Wonderful staff, All of which spoke excellent english! Cute room, big king size bed. Every room gets fresh croissants in the morning. The neighborhood is very chic and cute with lots of shops and restaurants near by, as well as the Nashiki market.
