The owners - Joyce and Claude - are extremely friendly. They made us feel at home from the beggining. They helped us with everything - transport from airport, organizing Safari trips, buyin food (they have a shop as well) ... Joyce is also a very good cook - her food is tasty and, even more important, we didn't have any stomach problems during our stay (which is quite rare in Africa). Their prices are also reasonable. Clear 10/10.

The personnel were outstanding. I felt so welcome from start to finish. I would definitely go again and can highly recommend staying at Deerpark.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time here. It was a great deal for the money we paid. It's a bit remote but that's the good thing about it. The staff was very welcoming even though we were the only guests that night so they had to work only because of us. We got a welcome drink which was nice. The cottages are large, high ceilings, lots of windows to see the surrounding area but all of them have curtains as well. Hot shower, nice bathroom. Comfortable beds with thermofors ready for us. And a baby cot ready for our little son. There is a kettle in the room and they also prepared a thermos with hot water for us. The breakfast was also good, various options to choose from. One tip. If you use Google maps to get here, they currently take you a long and a bit steep unpaved road from the south west. But it's better to come from the north east where the Google currently shows the road is interrupted. In fact it is not and it's perfectly passable.

An amazing place – intimate, full of charm and character. Perfect if you’re looking for something authentic rather than a big resort for mass tourism. The staff is very welcoming, warm and always ready to help you. We highly recommend.

The facility was comfortable and conducive even to a little baby

Chef or chefs at hotel are excellent and are paying attention to detail. Fresh juices at breakfast, fruit etc. Dinners were also very good and well presented. Rooms are super clean. And modern. Staff are efficient and very helpful.

Sunday breakfast out on the patio was amazing ! The well laid out buffet was fabulous and by far the best in Nairobi !

It was a great location overseeing the valley. And the Maasai Mara park. I had an incredible dinner. The best goat of my life. The people were also super nice. We went for a Nature walk which was lovely. Even after having seen the Governors camp in the paek. It was so cool as we could WALK and not drive between the Zebras and Gnus.
