Excellent service, like in a 5 star hotel. Everyone is very helpful. and Akex devotes a lot of time and attention to its guests.

It was so amazing. The staff is so kind and helpfull with everything. They grow the ingredients for food in their own home garden so everything is fresh and safe. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. I am so great full for this experience. They take the time to sitt and talk and get to know everyone. They are so kind, caring and lovely. They have cameras al over so they can see who is coming in and out to keep the place safe. The room was very clean. The staff handles everything with cleand hands. I am a bit scared of bacteria so when I saw that the staff was clean it made me really happy and grateful. I needed help to find motorbike taxi and they gave me contact for a safe driver. I also needed to change money to shilling so she helped me with paying the driver so i could exchange the money and pay back. It was very kind of her to do that. They help everyone in a really caring way. It felt like I was with family. This is a very special place in Iten.

It was a great location overseeing the valley. And the Maasai Mara park. I had an incredible dinner. The best goat of my life. The people were also super nice. We went for a Nature walk which was lovely. Even after having seen the Governors camp in the paek. It was so cool as we could WALK and not drive between the Zebras and Gnus.

Deerpark was the perfect place to stay for me during my visit to Nairobi. I was there with a colleague, and we had a very busy schedule during the days. Coming back to Deerpark in the evenings was a balm! The lush garden, the friendly hellos from everyone on the staff, the quiet and the lovely house all contributed to making me feel relaxed and safe. Our every need was catered for by the handful of staff, from remembering our breakfast preferences to helping with the booking of transport, and being able to order a variety of food from the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet caring. The place is small, and to me that is infinetely preferable to chain luxury hotels, and at a fraction of the price, too. I will be sure to stay there again if I come to Nairobi.

Luxurious hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Felt very safe and well looked after in a new city.

We were amazed by the hospitality, the service, the delicious meal for dinner and the breakfast. The hotel has spacious rooms and a beautiful garden.

Fantastic boutique hotel set in a tranquil part of Diani Beach. Modern and clean rooms, very spacious and we even had a beautiful sea view. We were on a full board plan and for foodies with an appetite, this was amazing. Great variety of food and the quality was fantastic. Lovely cocktails as well. The hotel is literally steps away from the sea and in a private compound, so felt safe at all times, means you don't get hassled by any people trying to sell you stuff whilst relaxing. Even then, this part of Diani Beach is definitely more peaceful than further south where there are more large resorts (so the sellers tend to focus their efforts there). Finally I must mention the excellent service from everyone here. Jas and Selma welcomed us to the hotel very warmly and were on hand to assist with any of our queries throughout our stay. Whenever we wanted to arrange to do any activities eg water sports, massage, etc - this could be done via Mercy at reception! And not to forget all the friendly and fun restaurant staff (special shoutout to Jason). Thank you all again!
