They helped plan and organize our horse trek to Son-Kul lake on the spot without any prior reservations, taking a lot of hassle off of our hands. Their English is perfect which allowed us to get such that little closer to understanding the local culture and habits. And food was excellent so we didn’t have to think about that either.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who was working the front desk when we stayed but he was really nice and attentive and made a lovely breakfast for us and was very helpful carrying bags etc. Great location and great value for money!

New hotel. Very nice decoration. Beautiful room. Very good and rich breakfast. Water is provided at the reception 24 hours a day. It is a little further from the main square but you follow a straight path for 15 minutes and you are in a very central location. The guys working at the reception are excellent.
