This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The building design is just beautiful and the decor in rooms is stunning. It has a real elegance about it but also feels relaxed and homey.

Well designed and comfortable hotel. The sense of detail and service is wonderful and made our stay in Siem Reap very luxurious. A complementary airport pick up was an easy start. The staff is highly attentive, well trained and efficient. The rooms are large with well chosen furniture and comfy beds. The breakfast is top. The restaurant is also very good. We travelled 7 weeks in Asia….one of the best hotels we stayed in.

I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, from airport pickup, helpful information and tips about local activities to the organisation of our tours. We loved the place and the pool and especially the extraordinary hospitality of Heng. We felt most welcome anytime and this was the best start for our Cambodia roundtrip that we could have imagined. Beautiful and calm place and room to stay in Cambodia. The host was very friendly and helpful and washed my clothes for me as I was backpacking. You get a lot for what you pay.

One word : AMAZING ! It's honestly the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in!!! The staff are so friendly, breakfast is really good, beautiful pool . Very reasonably priced food and accommodation. Thanks again to the Bliss team for this service experience we had an amazing stay with you !

It felt like a little paradise! The breakfast was excellent, with a menu offering plenty of choice—whether pancakes, a tasty local option like fried rice, or eggs benedict (and much more) everything was delicious. The cocktails were fantastic too, and the food for both lunch and dinner is equally worth recommending. Great value for money overall. The gallery collection is also impressive, with pieces that are both valuable and fairly priced. You can also wash your clothes there, and they help you with organising tours!

The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed - as good (if not better) than any of our other stays on this trip. What makes Muni exceptional is the Muni family that runs the facility. We were literally spoiled by their kindness and attention. Highly recommend!!!

I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff in the Nature, they took care of us like we are their family, when we had trouble finding the bus terminal, the staff helped us to figure it out and arranged tuktuk for us. I can tell they really worried about us and tried their best to make sure we have a good experience here. btw everyone speaks english here. the jungle vibe and wooden house was also stunning. it was my favorite stay in our 10 days trip in Cambodia.

Absolutely wonderful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for you. Thank you to everyone. The bungalows are clean and well maintained, spacious, and peaceful. The pool is amazing. The breakfast was not in buffet but a la carte as it was low season, and it was very good, made fresh by a chef every morning. The resort is a 10 min tuk tuk drive from Pub street and city center, which cost around 2$. The great thing is the resort cover one back and forth per day for free, so you can go to dinner and come back without worry.
