We don't usually give a hotel a 10, but the service is the promise of value of this hotel. I would definitely return.

A small and extraordinarily elegant hotel, very nice room with a superb terrace. Staff very professional, attentive, extremely friendly and eager to help. Spa clean and relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was kind, incredibly helpful and always on hand. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated/designed. If ever we go back to Siem Reap, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm impressed at how friendly the staff are. They make you feel at home the moment you step in the hotel. The hotel's also contribute to a good case as they donate a small part of the profit to improve education.

This place is truly magical! The staff is so so sweet, they make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive and very cared for + they have this thing about giving back to the community so they have interns (students) working there which is awesome !! They are doing a great job ☺️🙏🏼 the hotel is beautiful and breakfast was also very good 🌞😇 would for sure recommend !!

Everything! From the time we arrived and were welcomed into the Muni family we felt truly at home. All the staff were super friendly, polite, attentive, kind and thoughtful. The room was beautifully made up, really clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing and cooling off in the pool. Breakfast was very good & was enough to keep us going for a big day ahead visiting all the key sites around Battambang. Other travellers we spoke to, who were staying elsewhere in town were jealous of the experience we were having at Muni. We were sad to leave & wished we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended!!

Very nice rooms, wonderful pool, perfect service

The room is clean and well maintained. Food was really tasty, served on your balcony. Kids really enjoyed privat pool. Very helpful staff, wondrerful people are taking care for us. We really loved our stay. Thank you! Highly recommended!!!
