The staff is just AMAZING, everyone is so nice and have helped us organise all our activities. We loved our time at The Jungle and if we are even going to visit Siem Reap again we will definitely stay here. Ps. Extra mention of the Hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly with refillable bottles and other things.

This hotel is wonderful in every possible way. The location, something i don ´t think is stressed enough in other reviews, is better than perfect. The hotel is in the very center of Siem Reap. However is located within a big green space without cars where you can find a beautiful temple that adds a lot of magic to the stay. The rooms are beautiful and quality materiales have been used everywhere. The quality of the linens, towels and amenities would not be out of place in a luxury hotel. Rooms are also very silent. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. You can basically rely on them for any service you may need while in Siem Reap. I have never encountered a hotel staff so willing to go the extra mile.

It was definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Cambodia. Convenient location close to all temples. Nearby was buffet and 7/11. A beautiful colonial-style hotel. I really liked the room. It was huge, spacious, with two large beds and a banquette. The room has a full bathroom, which is very important for families with children. I liked the rooftop with cozy swimming pool and a cozy bar. But the main impression about the hotel is the people. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. We are always ready to help you in any situation. And everything was very sincere. When we return to Siem Reap, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

Super nice family-run hotel! The room was fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The family who run the hotel were extremely friendly, providing free fresh fruit and little snacks throughout our stay. The pool is a nice place to relax and cool off at the end of the day. Location is good and only a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre or a short tuk tuk ride for less than a dollar. For tours to visit the bat caves, Ek Phnom, and other local sites outside of the city we used Dara Chea. He was a great guide and driver and delivered an excellent service for a very fair price.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are so kind and helpful. You can order food and it is served on your balcony (we stayed in the private bungalow with swimming pool). The pool is great and a decent size. Such a lovely place and a great way to relax and unwind.
