I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful place to relax after exploring the Angkor Area. Perfectly located, only some minutes to Night Market but still quiet. Exceptional friendly staff!!

We were floored by the customer service from check in, to the restaurant, the spa as well as our tour experience the hotel organized for us! Amazing property with lovely staff. Excellent value for money with good little touches that make it feel like luxury. Great location with tours, laundry and massages available from reception. Thanks to the staff for arranging a birthday surprise too this was a lovely touch. Pool was very clean also.

Clean, spacious, bright and well maintained room; cozy bed; refrigerator; relatively fast internet; quiet location; old city within walking distance; free bicycle rent; room upgrade free of cost; comfortable terrace; mosquito net installed in all the doors/windows and openings; I received sweets and organic fruits from their garden and even a krama as a gift: in 3 months of travelling now in Southeast Asia I have never experienced such a warmhearted welcome in a hotel or homestay before (and that means a lot with all the friendly people here in southeast Asia), it truly feels like a home away from home; thanks for the fantastic stay in your hotel

I was particularly impressed by Ms. Sreykeo Heng, the head receptionist. Her understanding, compassionate care, and dedicated attention were the warmest interaction I've ever experienced with a hotel employee.

We booked a private bungalow so it was very peaceful. They arranged our tour of the temples. The staff were so nice they would bring us juice, fruit & cookies each day when we arrived back from a long day touring the temples. They also gave us a leaving gift & a cake the night before we left! They were so kind & we really enjoyed our stay there.
