Guest reviewThe hotel is very nice and the staff are all helpful. A special thank you to the hotel staff who covers the night shift on 3 Oct. It was raining quite heavily that night and my friend and I waited in rain outside of Seoul station for almost 3 hours in midnight but could not get a taxi. I called the hotel 7 times for help and the staff was really responsive although he didn’t manage to get us a taxi either. I think I was quite rude for my last one or two calls but he was really comforting and considerate and he went down to the outside of the hotel to pick us up when we finally arrived. It might be hard to get a taxi in Seoul but it’s easy to get help from the hotel.
