From the check-in to the check-, all impeccably managed by the extremely kind stuff. Pity to have spent here one night only! I loved everything, but if I really have to choose I will mention 3 best things: postcards, record player, breakfast. Amazing.

We loved everything—absolutely everything was impeccable, from the friendliness of the entire staff to the hotel’s structure and organization. Our rooms were spotless, the food was amazing, and the spa was incredible!

Without a doubt our favourite stay in our 2 week Korea trip. If you are staying in Jeju, I fully recommend this place, without a doubt. Very luxury. Full Amenities such as valet parking, excellent buffet breakfast, extremely modern (like brand new) rooms. The best part was the Manager, Jay, who makes you feel very very special. We could tell he appreciates each one of his guests and really cares for them! We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were large and very modern and cozy. We loved the interior design and the spatiousness. Rooms were also equipped with large TVs with Netflix access.

The staff at H28 is so helpful and kind. They helped me with my missing luggage and my esim-card. Everyone was so attentive and nice. My room was beautiful and very close to the reception (room No 615-deluxe double room). The rooftop is open 24 hours and is ideal for smokers. All the convenience stores (bubble tea/coffee shop, G25, Seven Eleven, Lemon Mart (supermarket), pharmacy, restaurants, tube station are within 2-5 min walking distance). There is also a nice cafe next to the hotel, Cream Chic, which I also highly recommend. I already booked my next trip in December and will stay again hat H28.

Very good location which accessible to anywhere you wanted to go in Busan

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to live up to my expectations. The minute I checked in, all the staff were ready to help and made me feel so welcome. My most recent stay was the last week I was in Korea and they made me feel at home during a busy and emotional week. They also upgraded my room free of charge and always welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities and anything you could want was provided in the apartment. It’s designed so you can stay there for a long stay as it has a kitchen. The gym is also good with all the machines and weights you could need. When I return to Korea on business, I will stay here as it’s location is also good. I will recommend this place to family and friends.
