This hotel was so charming. All the little touches like the memory books, maps and history of the area. A great thing was the built in universal adaptors as Korea has sunken outlets that don’t always suit our Australian global adaptors. Loved this feature! The bed and pillows were also super comfy and the location was so convenient. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a wonderful room to relax in as well as we had a couple of rainy days that weren’t optimal for outside adventuring

The common spaces of the hotel are very well decorated, including the bars and restaus. The buffet breakfast is very rich and delicious. The staff is very professional and effective. The location is great close to the royal palace, the museum of modern art and a metro station. Nice small restaus around. An excellent hotel.

We had the two-bed one bedroom room which was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had separate walk-in shower and also a bathtub. There were also two PCs in the room which was nice for the kids. The pool area is not large but enough for some chilling and swimming, and one can order some snacks and drinks for a fair price there. Free washing machines available and also nice massaging chairs. Would recommend!
