I cant praise the owners high enough. Everything they did for me was beyond exceptional. Henry the manager, allowed me to check in early and check out late. Mr. Lee, the owner booked an Uber car for me as I had no idea how to book one in Korea. He paid with his own credit card and just charged to my room. Then he accompanied me to the pick up point. He insisted i sit in the back, Im guessing for safety reasons. He spoke to the driver, Im assuming to give instructions as the driver keeps on nodding his head. I felt very safe. After checking out , he insisted he helps me to carry my luggage to the pick up point. I have gained a new friend and he said the same. To me Seoul DDJ Stay is not just a hotel. It is a home. Their level of hospitality would be hard to beat even by those so called 5 star hotels. I have plans to visit Korea again, this time with family. Can't wait to check in with them again.I very highly recomend this business.

Clean, big and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Washing machine. Near Guri subway station. Good view. Friendly staff.

My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The room service was impressively fast and highly professional. In summary, Signiel Seoul offers not just luxury but also an attention to detail that is truly remarkable. Excellent hotel with wonderful facilities and the most kind and amazing staff. The breakfast in the room was delicious.

location is perfect, we arrived with airport limousine bus for 17.000 won each person, took us around 1h to the hotel, most comfortable way to arrive, bus station is right in front of hotel, so 10meters to walk max. the room is very clean, every staff very attentive and made our stay most comfortable as possible. They have tablets in room, so u can live chat with reception in need of something, and they answer every wish promptly. I

We had the two-bed one bedroom room which was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had separate walk-in shower and also a bathtub. There were also two PCs in the room which was nice for the kids. The pool area is not large but enough for some chilling and swimming, and one can order some snacks and drinks for a fair price there. Free washing machines available and also nice massaging chairs. Would recommend!

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to live up to my expectations. The minute I checked in, all the staff were ready to help and made me feel so welcome. My most recent stay was the last week I was in Korea and they made me feel at home during a busy and emotional week. They also upgraded my room free of charge and always welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities and anything you could want was provided in the apartment. It’s designed so you can stay there for a long stay as it has a kitchen. The gym is also good with all the machines and weights you could need. When I return to Korea on business, I will stay here as it’s location is also good. I will recommend this place to family and friends.
