This hotel was so charming. All the little touches like the memory books, maps and history of the area. A great thing was the built in universal adaptors as Korea has sunken outlets that don’t always suit our Australian global adaptors. Loved this feature! The bed and pillows were also super comfy and the location was so convenient. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and things to do. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a wonderful room to relax in as well as we had a couple of rainy days that weren’t optimal for outside adventuring

Our family, including my son, recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul. From the moment we booked our room, we experienced the hotel's heartfelt service. Even before our arrival, the concierge helped us reserve a restaurant. When we checked in, the front desk staff presented my son with an adorable stuffed dog. Upon entering our room, we found my son's name and our check-in date written in colorful paint on the window, along with a delicious assortment of macarons. Each time we went out, the staff courteously called taxis for us. The breakfasts were delightful, and the unique chocolate fountain was a special treat. Overall, I would recommend the Four Seasons Hotel to everyone, and I definitely look forward to staying there again.

We had the two-bed one bedroom room which was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had separate walk-in shower and also a bathtub. There were also two PCs in the room which was nice for the kids. The pool area is not large but enough for some chilling and swimming, and one can order some snacks and drinks for a fair price there. Free washing machines available and also nice massaging chairs. Would recommend!
