The room's interior design is fantastic—lots of small details that make our day. The breakfast was great, the snacks and coffee were great. Super clean and well-maintained. The location is great. Even the shampoo and body wash were great. Great music choice, and great staff. Will be back again

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay in Four Seasons during the Christmas/ New Year holidays. The location was walking distance to where the NYC was held and although it was expected for a lot of visitors to come to the hotel due to the season, all the staff were very attentive to everyone's needs. Requests came at a very acceptable turn around time, rooms and common areas were squeaky clean, the "little personal touches" before bed time were well- thought off. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back there again.

The hotel manager and staff were very attentive throughout my stay. I appreciated their availability and their advice during my stay. The only hotel where the staff spoke very good English during my stay in South Korea! Rare enough to be highlighted. I also upgraded and was offered breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Jeju Island. I warmly recommend this hotel

Clean, modern design, good facilities, well maintained.

A real gem in central Busan. Close to bars, restaurants, and 2 metro stations but in a quiet area near the canal. Felt like a new hotel, and the rooms were tasteful, clean, and comfortable. It certainly didn't feel like a 2 star hotel, more like a 3. Laundry area on the 7th floor which was much appreciated.
