We were three girls traveling together and booked their only apartment on the top floor. There’s no lift, but we honestly didn’t mind at all. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and newly renovated, with everything we needed (washing machine, separate toilet/bathroom, and daily housekeeping which was a lovely surprise). What truly made this stay unforgettable were the owners, Mr. Lee and his family. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly attentive. Jason messaged us before arrival to help with directions and luggage, and throughout our stay both he and Mr. Lee were always ready with tips, guidance, and checked in on us, whether it was late night or early morning. Their kind gestures went far beyond what you’d expect from a hotel. They even hosted a small chicken gathering for us on our last night, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and constant presence made us feel not just welcome, but at home. The hotel also felt very safe as the entrance is only accessible with your room key, and Mr. Lee would stay awake until all the guests had returned at night, which gave us so much peace of mind. The location is also excellent. Just a minute’s walk from Jongno 5-ga station, with buses right outside that take you across the city (Myeongdong was just one bus away). Dongdaemun is also a short, scenic walk along the stream. We felt completely safe returning late at night, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. Gwangjang Market is only a 5-minute walk. The building itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with cooling air conditioners on every floor, a clean and spacious rooftop terrace, and a welcoming lobby where tea, coffee, and biscuits are always available. But above all, it’s the people who made this place so special. Mr. and Mrs. Lee, along with Jason and Henry, go above and beyond in a way that’s rare to find.

Everything... the room, bath tube with sky view, spa, sauna, massage, breakfast, food... all was perfect. I could visit Seul just to stay at this hotel one more time.

Very good technical devices. Breakfast at the balcony with wonderful sea view is perfect. So different style for accomodation. Musical system in the room is incredible. We loved the hotel.

Excellent property, facilities and exceptional staff, well located

What a gem. This hotel's unbeatable location right at the night market is a major highlight. It's incredibly convenient - one bus ride from the airport, with the stop only a 3-minute walk away. The staff were simply marvelous, accommodating us with an early check-in and assisting in arranging a taxi for our early flight. The rooms themselves were fantastic, offering comfort and style. A superb choice for travelers seeking convenience and exceptional service.

We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

Spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Location was perfect for me and very convenient and safe.

Convenient, little apartment with all you need inside, kitchen, washing machine etc.

Great location & close to subway! Clean rooms and great amenities. We loved the laundry and dryer.
